Life's good!

So far we have traveled 2,700 miles. Tomorrow we head west again, going to Minot, North Dakota for a quick overnight. Then on Monday we will be going to Lewis and Clark State Park, which is on the edge of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We plan on spending 4 days exploring that park, which looks great in pictures.

Along the way today we tried to stay on back roads as much as possible. In one tiny Town in Minnesota we came across a sculpture garden with some really cool stuff.

We are in North Dakota!  Talk about lots of farm land, as far as you can see. We stopped in Fargo on the way thru at the welcome center. They have the wood chipper from the movie on display, with a pair of legs sticking out the top.

Beautiful weather, mid 80s. Camped at Turtle River State Park just 25 miles out of Grand Forks, ND.

Sitting at Lake Carlos State Park in Minnesota listening to fireworks by the lake. Too many trees to see them from our camp. Traveled today from Roberts, Minnesota where we had more work put into our dash board air conditioner, we had a broken fitting this time. Hopefully all will work out this time! At least the Freightliner dealer in Minnesota was able to get us done in 4 hours instead of 4 days like in Fort Wayne.

Tomorrow we head for North Dakota where we plan to stay 4 nights camping west of Grand Forks before heading further west.
